You want to know what pisses me off about the people I work with? I give someone a ticket describing a problem reported by a user that seems a bit off, but I figure, hey, go talk to the user and figure it out. What does he do? Spend 15 minutes laughing about what it means with 2 other techs, and then sitting down and not going to help her. WTF IS THAT?? It could have been solved in less time than it took to make fun of the user. Fucking jerkoffs.
