I am behind.

For starters, this Nazi feminist hypocritical propoganda pusher I mentioned. The original intent of her guest lecture thing was "The Stereotypes of Islamic people in the US". OK, whatever. She asked the question (actually stole it) "When you think of a terrorist, what do you see?" Frankly, I believe it would be more fair to ask "When you think of an Arab, what do you see?" At some point, though, she started talking about the way women are treated in other cultures, etc. and while trying to hide her obvious bias by reasoning very slightly with the idea of different cultures having different values and it's unfair to judge based on our own, she couldn't stop herself from preaching. Somehow she got into the topic of FGM, Female Genital Mutilation, this practice seen mostly in Africa I guess. She had the audacity to first imply that women who have their breast removed to fight cancer are actually being mutilated, and then brought up cesarian sections. I couldn't believe it. It was like some crusade for her, and it just got more and more ridiculous and she went on. Un-freakin-believable.

So, yeah.

The last few days at work we have been upgrading several machines on the 9th floor from Win 95 to Win 98. They are Microns. I hate Microns. Out of 8 machines I believe, 6 went off without a major hitch. 2 died. Don't know what happened, but of course one of them was the one I started with, and spent pretty much all my time on yesterday without really accomplishing much. I hate when that happens. Today was much better.

I also got to talk again to Rachele, who works in that area. Last week (or the week before..?) I setup her new system and found out that she goes to CSUS also, is on the water ski team, and is majoring in criminal justice. I think she's a year younger than me, not totally sure. VERY beautiful. One of those girls where you think they are cute when you see them around, but when you actually meet them and talk to them face to face, you're like DAMN. Everything is gorgeous. The eyes, the lips, the body.....homina. Luckily for me, she's taken. I am just glad she used the word "boyfriend" in a conversation, and early on. That way I don't make the same mistake I did with Regina. Now I can just get to know her. I have no problems with that.

Apparently my psych term papers were due today. I had assumed it was next week. Fuck. I can still turn them in, but penalized. Grand. Some credit is better than none. I also managed to pull off my new ballad for my Creative Writing oral presentation. It's about a Viking invasion. Not finished yet, when it is I will post the link. Got me an A though. :)

I didn't eat for 12 hours today. I was so hungry by the time my last class got out at 8:30 I was ready to pass out. It's not fun. I don't recommend it.

My train of thought just completely derailed.
Do me
