I've been getting Psychology Today for a while now. The first year was free, I can't remember if I'm paying for it now. I never really read it much...and now I know that I wasn't missing much. The one that came today looked to have a couple interesting articles, one about why love isn't enough for a relationship to work, and one on prejudice.

Well, the extent of the one about love was to beat it in your head that communication is key. Holy shit, I've never been in a relationship and I know that already. Thats what passes for psychology these days?

I only read the first few paragraphs of the prejudice one. I stopped after this line because I couldn't stop laughing:

"Research conducted this winter at Harvard reveals that even among people who claim to have no bias, the more strongly one supports the ethnic profiling of Arabs at airport-security checkpoints, the more hidden prejudice one has against Muslims."

Wow, that right here is groundbreaking research. Give them more funding to figure more stuff like that out. </end sarcasm>
